Menu:
Salad: Shaded fennel, citrus wages, cantaloupe microgreens, citrus vinaigrette, fried sweet potatoes strips.
Steak in Black Mole: Grilled Steak with Mole negro, grilled veggies and potatoes gratin.
Dessert: Flan
