The Mole Verde is our nut free version of the green mole.  We use pumpkin seeds, tomatillos and a hint of spice from serrano chiles.  It has a fresh flavor that people love.  This sauce nutty flavorwithout the nuts and a crunchy texture.  We love it with our chips, and eggs.  Our customers love it on salads!
