Mole Negro is our black mole.  It gets its dark color and flavor profile from toasting the ingredients until they turn a dark color.  This sauce is more of a rustic version of the mole having a very unique texture.  We use black dried chiles from Mexico and habaneros to enhance the intense spice and Mexican chocolate flavors of this sauce.
