About the event

2 Mezcal Margaritas

Appetizer table:

Chips and salsa: salsa made with their fresh ingredients from the farm, chips

Vegetarian ceviche tostada: Veggies cooked in lime juice, chili oil.

Steak and Potatoes Appetizer: Small red potatoes with steak and mole negro


Salad: mix greens, chayote, balsamic vinaigrette.
